Since you asked for "any" experience, one of their reprints is an unauthorized reproduction of my work, and they removed my copyright and source notes. The owner did not remove it from the website even after he promised to do this after asking him nicely via email several times, so unfortunately don't have anything positive to add to the thread.
Well, the thread is worth it, if it brings to light their business practices! I would have never known! Sorry for your trouble with them.
