    My girlfriend and I will be in the Denver area from the 17-22nd of this month. Wondering if anyone could recommend a resort w/ good conditions to get some snowboarding and skiing in.

    That's pretty early in the season. For example, Steamboat Springs open Nov 22 (http://www.steamboat.com/home.aspx). Snow is iffy and other places will also be closed until around then. Arapahoe Basin I believe is already open...

    Copper Mountain is now open as well. Of all the local places it is my favorite for snowboarding.

    It looks like we're going to checkout Breck first. How does it compare to Copper Mountain?

    We are in Aspen November 15-19, just hanging out. No boarding yet, we usually wait until Christmas.
