    I have tried calling, leaving messages and sending e-mails, all with absolutely no response. Has anyone else had this lack of response? Is the consensus that they are not worth dealing with? Certainly that is my thought based on recent experience.

    They are in fact hard to get ahold of. But they have some rare parts at decent prices, I have always tolerated the slow response when I have had no other option. I have only used them for Lamborghini parts.

    Always had good luck with them but their pricing makes them my 2nd. choice always.

    They may be a bit slow sometimes, But they really helped me get ready for this trip to Monterey. They responded quickly and shipped fast. Good stuff too!

    I have not used them because their repro sticker for a certain model/year did not match what the original should look like. Hence, I do not trust them for other parts. My opinion.
