Resto on the euro 84 308

I was interested in getting a 84 euro 308 restored from top to bottom and wanted a recommendation where to take it , no motor rebuild but just paint , interior ,engine compartment , Im in florida but dont mind anywhere in the US to get it done , Thank you Ferrari chatters
