    You know...if it were a tad less it might be a fun project. I don't think restoring it to its original state would be practical...but a kind of "resto-mod" might be fun.

    Do some passible body work/bondo/gleaming black paint job.

    Get the motor running.

    Armour all the entire interior.

    Drive.

    Oh...add a pioneer radio, and crank it up :).

    If this car were closer, and a bit cheaper, I would consider it :). Say all you want, its a lambo for $8000.

    Those were my thoughts but doing the bodywork is a bit much for me, time-wise. Hopefully this car won't get parted out.

    alas, this one is a labor of love, but i too hope it gets saved.

    It sure is awful rough.

    Sounds like an expensive paperweight or a parts car.
