Once again when the market is so small you pay what you want. As for crap colour, yellow and orange are the most highly regarded colour amongst the new lambos.

 

i spoke to lambo before the auction , new log books could be obtained , it still had balance of new car warranty , came with road worthy certificate , and the second best colour behind the green for this car makes it a pretty good buy.

 

Verde Ithica has to be the first choice for a Murci, just looks so outrageous,

However I dont even know if there are any in this colour in Australia.

Second choice would have to be Purple IMO, and then black, im not that keen on the orange, and yellow is just too common. (on a lambo that is)

 

There is one green one, that I know of. Was sold here on the coast when the Murcie was released. My favourite with white is the metallic blue. Don't think there are any here though.

 

Ive got some good white Murci pics also (as i know you wanted the Diablo pics on the other forum),

I love white cars, but i think were in the minority.

 

Your right...another sold retail in sydney for 150K plus retail.

Yes, he puts on serious miles. Like RMV, I've followed his stories in EVO.

 

They may well have TOLD you that (especially if they had some vested interest); but there is no way known you are going to get a replacement service book with the cars ID details. Sure you CAN buy the owners manual, leather wallet and associated bedtime reading; but the ID book? Forget it, NOT going to happen.

As for the colour, personal choice I suppose. Most of the Lambo's I see around the traps are yellow.

Price, I reckon it's expensive. In a higher volume vehicle you could ring up a dealer and offer it up as a trade-in to get some idea of the value. Obviously in this case the market is too small for that to work. This car would be very well known in the trade without a doubt.

 

colour is definately a personal Choice,

i dont like Orange on the Murci but love in on the Diablo,

I love the Green on all Lambo's but nothing else could really pull it off (maybee an elise).

Yellow seems like the safe bet on a loud colour for a Lambo, which is why so many are delivered in that colour me thinks.

Either way if you buy a lambo, you are saying look at me, so it might as well stand out

There is 3 oranges for the Murcielago, Arancio Atlas looks the best of the 3. I saw the newer Orange afew months back at the dealer and it looks too Fanta looking.
Id get my Murcielago in Blue, that blue one in the states with the black rims is too die for!! or 40th anni jade

 

It's a shame that you didn't manage to buy it. I really would have loved to see you post a scan of the ID card when your contacts "obtained" it..........

 

For me, the Murci looks best in orange.
