It’s on Loopnet. Marc called and mentioned it in the Cavallino thread in Events. I believe they are asking $75 million and it is still zoned for a race track. Given the rate developers are raping our land up here I’m sure someone will haze it and build zero lot cookie cutter homes. I too remain skeptical, but was pleased to hear about this yesterday when I arrived at The Breakers for Cavallino and was told about it by a long-time staffer with whom I'm acquainted. Hope springs eternal . . .
