Sweet - I'm glad I never sprung for the 1/8 version of the TR - Do you know how much the 1/12 is going to cost?

    Thanks

I don't read German so good - is that for diecast or for a build-it-yourself?

Im assuming its Build it yourself. The scale is 1/24 which generally is plastic build it yourself models...
Die Cast are generally in 1/18th scale. :)

    Good point, Attention deficit moment.

I just put together a 1/25 scale revell model of the C5R Corvette. I don't so alot of model kits but I thought to myself, why not 1/24?

OFF TOPIC but related to Revell: A member of my family was an executive with Revell when they were owned by Binney&Smith (Crayola). He has a number of nascar diecast "pre-production prototypes" with plates on the rear window sill stating such, and letters of COA. Is there a market for these types of pieces, or are they not much more collectible than a regular edition?

Um because Revell wanted to be "different". Cause alot of stir in the Modelling world.

Um im not 100% sure if there is a market for those types of things but im certain that they would fetch a nifty price if offered to the right person. They sound pretty special.

Thats what we've both thought for a while, but the trouble is, where do we find "the right person." I think he'll just hold onto them. :)

The only possible place that i know of would be www.automotiveforums.com

Over there in the scale modeeling sub forum, its basically the "hub" for modelers on the net. Im sure you can find the "right" guy in there.

Goto "Automotive Art" and there should be a Scale Modelling forum.

    Worth a try.:)
