OK so we have some devious minds here... let's hear your ideas for revenge! Let's say someone screwed you (perhaps stole something from you worth a few grand) but the cops refuse to do anything about it. You have the persons name, address, and phone number, but they live in another state.

What would people do to this person, bearing in mind that concealing the identity of the person exacting revenge is critical. Of course you wouldnt want to do anything that could physically harm this person or cause them injury, just f-em over a bit or a lot!

DO you know anyone who owns an independent pager/cellphone business? If so, have them page their entire database with the guy's telephone number. He will get ten thousand, "Did you page me?" calls!

Well of course its just theoretical, Darth, you know me, I wouldnt hurt a fly! I especially wouldn't hurt a lowlife fly who scammed me out of some parts then declared bankruptcy after I got a judgement against him. I hear flys dont have internet access anyway so its no biggie :)

Its just theoretical, but imagine someone comes to you who is someone you have done business with for a long time, and wants to buy some car parts you have around, then this person arranges to drive 500 miles to get the parts and shows up when he knows you wont be around, and gives your elderly father a big story about how you told him to come grab the parts and everything was cool with paying later, and you dad tried to call but you were on a plane and couldn't be reached, and since the guy sounded so convincing and promised and assured your dad he had made a deal this way, and since your dad knew that you were 'friends' with this guy for some years, he let him go. Then the guy strung you along with excuses for a year about how his kids were sick and his dad died and his dog was sick and his car broke down and how he was sweating paying his mortgage and buying food and was sick and might have cancer and on and on and on. Then you got sick of it and filed a lawsuit where he denied stealing and claimed the parts were worthless and you agreed to give them to him, even though he had sold them on for double what he paid and you had proof of it, so you won then he didnt pay, so you got a judgement and just as you were going to attach his property and bank account, he files BK and writes you an F-YOU letter.

That about summs up the theoretical situation!

Oh, it's ok.... I dont really "believe" in Karma but I have noticed that good always comes with bad so I guess I am due for something good after this. I just figured I have his name, number and address and I am sure some inventive minds could come up with something good. The utter irony is the guy owns a business and owns a home and from friends that live near and know of him, he lost *nothing* in his BK. Ain't life grand? When a man can lay his debts on the shoulders of society and keep on keepin' on like nothing happened!

    SoCal, finally!
What might happen if he hypothetically is using an unsecured wireless internet connection and someone accidentally intercepted his signal and accidentally downloaded a bunch of kiddie pr0n and for some reason it got found out by the authorites that said scammer might be in to kiddie pr0n and happened to have his IP traced to several kiddie pr0n sites?

    Bummer.

Send him that zebra to ride.

    Out of curiosity,
How can he own a business and a home if he is bankrupt? Don’t you have to declare all assets and liabilities and take it from there? Is it all in the wife’s name?

You know, if the courts did their job and dealt with people who lied in affidavits, as he did when it came to the value of parts he resold, then you would have your satisfaction. I'm always astonished how the penalty for not paying a parking meter is worse than lying to a judge in writing (which is contempt of court and theoretically carries a jail sentence).

The world is full of grinders who treat others as slave labor - and it’s damn hard to avoid them. Mind you, I have noticed that they always end up in bad health. I guess the stress of being hunted gets to them at some level.

Kind of lame, but I had a similar situation and was paranoid about getting caught in my revenge. I went to a bookstore and took some of those subscription cards to gay male magazines and sent subscriptions in his name to his business. If someone has something better please post it. I have this guy's S.S. number and other vital info, so I could really nail him if I decided to.

As this is a hypothetical situaation, I will give a hypothetical answer.

Hypothetically speaking, revenge over a few thousand bucks is not worth the trouble. However, warning other people against doing business with such a person is not revenge, it is a public service.

There are facts in evidence as recognised by a court of law. Making these facts public can not be construed as libel or slander. The hypothetical person has a business. I am sure the local media would be very interested in the business practices of this person. As would the Better Business Bureau, and every internet forum and message board in any way related to his business.

In short, make the geneal public aware of the dishonesty of the person they are contemplating doing business with. If I lost thousands, and then spent more thousands trying to recover my losses, I would take some vacation time and be in front of his business handing out flyers detailing his actions from open to close for a week. If it's not a retail business than I would be on the phone to his clients telling THEM what sort of person they are dealing with, and if I found his big clients I would be in their office explaining that they are in complicity with a known and convicted felon, and just may be liable to prosecution or civil action themselves now that they have knowledge of his criminal activities and if they continue to do business with him.

Hypothetically, that's what I would do.

    1) Cancel his telephone service;
    2) go to the postoffice and get about 20 change of address forms; Chain the 'changes' so mail goes first to one place, then another, then another...
    3) see if you can get a 'death certificate'; 'doctor' it and send to Social Security...
    4) turn in an anonymous 'tip' to the IRS

    For starters...
BTW, any of the above could get you in big trouble, so I can't recommend you do them.
My aunt emigrated from Japan after WW1, married my uncle after WW2, and is full of good Japanese proverbs. Last year I took a bad screwing and was telling her about how badly I wanted revenge.
She said: "If you are going to seek revenge, dig two graves..."

    Revenge is best served cold.

There are many ways you can plan your attack. You need to decide whether you want it to be a slow and painful one, or a quick and heavy hard one.

I personally prefer the slow and painful. You can make someones life very difficult on may different levels. Let air out of there car tire, eggs at the house in cold weather at night(try and wash that off). Putting his home phone number in a public washroom with his wife as the contact. The list continues. Its an investment, but one worth while if it will make you feel like justice has been served.

It would have to be a particularly ill tempered zebra!

Regarding his home and business, I have NO idea. This guy owns a company that does chrome work - like he chromes wheels and various parts. When I got the BK filing notification, it listed his name AND the business name. Ok, whatever. How is that possible? I sued him and his business, because he came got the parts but sold them under his business, so I figured if one declared BK I could go after the other. How did the court allow this? In the paperwork, it said something like "the debtor has no assets so please do not file a notice of claim as there are no assets to claim". A couple months later, I have someone call his work - business as usual. He has his chrome tanks, his business phone line, his inventory of trade-out chrome parts. I have no idea how that is possible. It sounds like BK is the greatest thing ever, just get in business, rack up a bunch of debts, then file BK and keep everything, and nobody who you owe money to is legally allowed to even call you and ask WTF happened.

Get a good lawyer, move the bankruptcy court for an order constesting the dischargability of the debt, i.e., it was an intentional act, like fraud, etc., and you can then collect the debt.

If you've waited too long for that, then there are numerous books about getting revenge. Depending on just how badly you want to damage him, I suggest you hire a hooker with some sort of incurable disease. Pay her to sleep with him, and just sit back and watch. Maybe video the deal, send it to his spouse or kids.

Since this guy seems like a real ******bag, I would bet that he is not correctly disposing of the hazardous chemicals used in plating. Call the EPA and anonomously report you saw him dumping chemicals down a sewer drain. I would bet your odds are pretty good that he is actually doing this and the fines would put him out of business. You could even dump chemicals on his property after hours with little risk.
