The newest book in Veloce's "WSC Giants" series is on the Ferrari 333 SP by Terry O'Neil. If you want technical info on the car, you'll have to look elsewhere, since the development of the car and its technical description are only told briefly.

However, if you want a racing history, that the book does quite well. It details the cars' history, year-by-year, race-by-race, in all places that they competed. There are plenty of color photos and sidebars about drivers and owners. At the end of each year's chapter, a data table lists every entry for every race, including race and chassis numbers, owner's and drivers' names, and result.

The index shows all references to individual drivers and even chassis numbers. The book totals 128 pages and is a softcover like others in the same series (which includes a volume on the 312 P and PB).

I can't vouch for the absolute accuracy of the book, but so far I haven't found any glaring errors. This should make a nice, inexpensive addition to your Ferrari library.

Sounds like a great book. Have you seen the one by David Seibert from 1995? From what I heard David's book does contain lots of technical info and, as such, would be a nice companion to this new one from Terry O'Neil.

It's known as Volume 13 in the Cavalleria series, if you are searching for a copy.
