Wow, your right.... God is that sad. A 599 that wants to be a Zo6 and a Celica within our beloved 430. I think the F60 will be a Rio knock off.

It's better than the current one, but this "Dino" prototype is the first drop dead sexy "Ferrari" I've seen since the Fioravanti days. I just need to see an eggcrate grille up front or it doesn't feel like a Ferrari.

In fact, this could be one of the prettiest cars I've ever seen.

The Dino above is indeed gorgeous. Love everything about it except the wheels. They're too large and industrial looking for my taste.

Well, I think it is probably the best new Ferrari prototype illustration in quite a while, too. (not ready to say prettiest I have ever seen yet) IMHO, it is still kind of clumsy compared to the original. What is up with those bug-eyed headlamps and the extra air intakes oddly integrated into the eggcrate grille?

Also, was this intended to be a mid-engine design...? It kind of makes me wonder whether there is actually any space for an engine either front OR back.

William, it would be great if Fioravanti was back, but I think that Jason C. at PF is designing the replacement. That pic that you posted is quite interesting, as Hans Lehman's Photographer was clicking at the 430 Scuderia on the track when he noticed the Ferrari Guys quickly putting on a Red Car Cover on the 430 Replacement which Lehman claims was production ready.

to be fair the new Celica is quite sexy

if it came out in 1970 it would have been considered an Exotic

So maybe thats not such a bad thing
