Has anyone used this stuff? It is made by BG I just found a jag shop that I plan on using. He adds this stuff to the oil and another of their products to the transmission fluid. I looked at the can and it said it contained a petroleum distillate and some type of acid.I'm thinking that it may just be a can of oil. The guy swears by the stuff but doesn't really say what it does other than it stands up to heat better than oil alone.
Thanks for the replies. I would really like to find out what is in the stuff. I am going to be doing my oil changes and I don't plan on using anything but the oil. I will be having this shop do my transmission service. The stuff that they put in there is susposed to keep the seals soft. That would be nice since these cars start to leak transmission fluid when it is changed at high mileage.
