I'm looking for transparent white and black version of a buck deer jumping over a fence. I need this to be original art and not copied from any other graphic or picture. let me know if anyone wants to do this, you can PM me a quote. I would like an all white version and an all black version that is transparent so the buck and fence will show over any background color. buck should be quartering towards you, not quartering away or just profile.

below are close examples I've pulled from internet. the B&W gives you idea of what I'm looking for, but more similar to the pictures attached. thanks!

OK, I see what you've done over at FRH - Looks pretty good.

I see you're running VB 4.1.5 there too [We're still on 3.x here, right?]

If the above is correct, I assume it's the 4.x release that adds the "experience" stuff - Rankings, awards, etc?

    Cheers,
    Ian

we're on vB 3 here still. not crazy about 4 yet, still buggy and way too busy. I like the clean and simple we have here on 3 and if I like it, I know most of our users would like it. I've learned our users here hate any little change, much less if we slapped them with 4. eventually we will have to migrate, putting off long as possible and I would put a 3 skin on it when we did.

vB experience is an add-on and we could do that here, but would be messy at this point and I don't think worth it. good for a new site trying to grow though.

LOL I am trying to figure out if being a "discussion ender" is a good or bad thing

I have never used Experience before, that's one thing that scares me is there are so many awards, metrics, points, etc and I don't even know enough for which ones work for us and which ones don't. We'll just have to play it by ear.

The thing I really wanted to push is referrals. If a Hunter refers 5 others he gets moved up to Recognized, Outfitter gets recognized at 10.

Fchat users hate change?! I find that hard to believe ;) :)

Seriously, I reckon 3 is gonna be around for a *long* time yet.

Ahh, OK. now I get it, thanks.

Indeed - One thing that caught my eye too..... It does seem particularly "harsh" - At least on a lightly travelled board.

Referrals are a component of Experience?

But yeah, In my very limited poking it sure seems there's too many options.... No idea if it's possible to disable some of 'em.

    Cheers,
    Ian
