    i am in the process of ordering a full 30k major service 512tr kit.
    Comunication and action by Daniel so far is great.

    It has arrived.
    Well packed and in order except for the spark plugs ( they have forgot them).
    I am e-mailing them about it.

    The mistake was promptly corrected as the spark plugs arrived today ( 3 workind days after, which is quicker than getting packages between towns in Portugal).
    The communication once again was also great.
    I will take photos today of the parts.

    For me, making a mistake is human. In fact, right now i have more respect and confidence in Daniel and Ricambi that if all had arrived in the first place.
