Are you sure they are short?

Around here, traditional ricer behavior includes setting the seat height to the lowest possible, and reclining it to where you can just see out of the windshield. Do you guys get that too? They also seem to sort of lean towards the middle of the car and rest an arm on the center console and sort of hang their hand over the wheel at the wrist.
