What is the length of time on the right of first refusal agreement for the 458?
On new models with high demand it is not unusual to be told that it is in your best interest to sell the car back to the originating dealer upon deciding to sell the car.......PERIOD. No timeline and no expiration date. Not to be traded or sold at all for the first year to discourage"flippers."
