If you are talking about the stock 308QV wheels, unfortunately, I think you could have 3 front wheels (7x16) and only 1 true rear wheel (8x16) -- at least the offset numbers you give, 11.15 and 11.45, were what were/are marked (in raised cast letters) on my ex-stock 308QV set for the front and rear wheels respectively. The rear 308QV wheels are more scarce, and it's hard to find a replacement when/if you damage one (i.e, most Sellers will not break up a pair). The front 308QV wheel was also used as a spare wheel so there are more of them floating around.

If the wheels are something else, and the widths match at the front and at the rear, a 0.3 mm difference in offset can be ignored.

308 QV 16 in wheels should have raised lettering with Ferrari and either 7x16 front or 8x16 rear on the outside of the rim. Unless they are repros? They are more rare because the QV rims were the only 3X8 ones that were magnesium alloy.

In any case the 225x16 rear tires will fit on 7x16 in. rims.

Couple of comments meant for discussion -- please (anyone) correct me if I make a mis-statement.

My ex-308QV wheel set was made by Cromodora and had the raised lettering showing the wheel size that you mentioned on the out-facing surfaces, but my understanding is that there was another wheel manufacturer who made the stock Magnesium alloy 308QV wheels that didn't have the raised lettering on the out-facing surfaces -- can anyone confirm/deny and/or identify this 2nd wheel manufacturer?

Also I believe all 308 wheels (14", 390 mm, and the 16") are made from the same Magnesium alloy material. There's little demand for the 14" and the 390 mm so I do agree with your comment that the 16" are the hardest to find, but I believe they are not the only Magnesium alloy 308 wheels.

Speedline made same wheels. I think some of the earlier 308 14 in.may have had Campangolo (sp?). I forget, but one wheel had raised letters and one did not. There was a decal orininally on the outside in the same place with width and size. My 308 had 3 speedlines with no markers and 1 Cromodora with raised letters. The spare was Seedline and it still had the decal.

My understanding is earlier 14in. and 390mm. wheels were aluminium alloy.

I also think all 308 QV were one manufacture. I'm pretty sure they all had raised lettering. I know after 328 wheels were speedline and had raised lettering as well, but were back to aluminium alloy and not magnesium.
