Can anyone recommend a place to repair a bent wheel? It's a 3 pcs. VIP Modular wheel with a very slight bend from a pothole on the inside steel barrel. I'm in the King of Prussia area. It's so slight I was thinking of giving it a try myself but I would hate to worsen the situation.
    Thanks in advance for suggestions.

Any chance that you could give us a bit more information in your profile?

Down here in Northern Virginia we have a company called WheelsOnSite.com that specializes in fixing wheels. They have worked on a number of exotic sports cars in the region, including my 550 modular wheels. Their number is 800-987-6674. I don't know if they do work that far north or not. Perhaps the damaged wheel could be shipped to them for repair?

In Elkridge, MD. I've used them a number of times over the years. They've always done a first class job and at reasonable cost.

Agreed! They have a ton of experience and a long-standing good reputation.

I'm sure Mike would know someone good as well, but given the amount of times I have heard local BMWCCA folks recommend Wheel Collision, that is where he would probably refer you as well.

Thanks all, I'm going to head up to Bath one day next week. Sounds like it would be worth the trip.

My friend just had 4 of his Alfa wheels refinished and straightened at wheel collision center and was very happy.

I must also add my pound of flesh for Wheel Collision Center in Bath. Worth the trip to tell them what you need face to face; I had them ship back to me and the process took four days door to door and no excuses and no phone calls required. I am in Voorhees, NJ, East of Philly.
They had to machine the face of the wheel spokes for damage I inflicted removing a tire and then refinish. Color match was perfect. I hope you are pleased as well.

Just wanted to say thanks again for the info. I ended up taking a ride up to Bath to Wheel Collision. They did a real nice job with the wheel. All is good and I am up and rolling with a round wheel again. These guys did a great job, fees were reasonable and it wasn't a bad ride up.
    Thank you for the info.

If you're in K of P, then why haven't we seen you at Saturday Cars and Coffee??

What the heck, 1/2 hour drive, maybe less. I drag my nephew from Keebler Rd in K of P, takes about 25 minutes.

C'mon, you know you want to. :D
