    I just heard this morning of the passing of Brian Pollock. Brian was a true enthusiast and owner of a wide variety of cars, including a vintage Bugatti, and Morgan 3 wheelers. Brian was a respected concours judge and he was internationally recognized.

    He picked up his 1970 L-Series Dino, #00870, directly from the factory. He asked the factory to put the Ferrari name on the back of the car, the factory obliged, and that is how it was presented to him upon delivery. Brian's Dino was featured on the cover of Forza in 2020.

    Several threads within this section of FCHAT have appeared over the years regarding Brian and his amazingly original Dino.

    He will be missed.

    I took this photo of Brian at the 2018 Pebble Beach when he won his class with his Dino. Always a gentleman, always willing to share information. A wonderful person who will be missed!

    Very sorry to hear this news, he will be missed. Keith and I visited Brian over a decade ago and he was gracious enough to allow me to spend a day looking at his Dino as a reference for my L restoration, I learned more from Brian about Dinos than just about anything since!

    Brian was a fantastic gentleman and a wonderful Dino owner. Back in 2015 when we made our trek to the FCA National Meet in California he was parked a few cars over from us and it was a joy to get to know both Brian and his family. The following day we saw him at the side of the road with a mechanical break down and stopped to help. Hard to believe that was almost a decade ago and the last time we would meet.
