Longtime Ferrari owner and enthusiast Chuck Weiss passed away in late March of this year. He is best known in Ferrari circles for saving and resurrecting 375 MM s/n 0364 but he also raced(as co-driver to Ed Gelder) the 1957 Mille Miglia winning 315 S s/n 0684. He thought that the 315 S was one magnificent racecar. Chuck competed in the Nassau Trophy Road Races in the late 1950s and raced against some legendary drivers--Fangio, Moss, de Portago, Shelby, Phil Hill etc. He was a big man in every sense of the word--in stature, character, knowledge, generosity, loyalty and friendship. It was my great privilege to have known him. RIP Chuck.
