    For you metal heads who don't know, Ronnie died on Saturday. He lost his battle with stomach cancer. For me, he was one of the greatest voices in metal. And he was an all around great guy. He will be missed.

    Definitely a rock legend.

    Of all the places to hear about it, they were talking about it on CNBC this morning. Becky Quick sounds like she could be a metal fan.

    Several years ago I was out mountain biking with some friends. We stopped to take a break at one point and out of the blue, one of my buddies made the comment that "somewhere in the world right now Holy Diver is being blasted!" I thought about that for a second, and agreed. Dio is one of those timeless metal legends. 50 years from now, if you take a Dio album and place it overnight next to whatever the current popular "poptart" album at the time is, in the morning the poptart album will be a puddle of goo and the Dio album will still be shredding!

    Not sure what I was more bummed about: the fact that he died or the fact that he was SIXTY SEVEN F'N YEARS OLD?!?!?!?!
