    Geez this is disturbing.. Real or not.. Wasn't expecting the end part. I thought a deer or something would pop infront of the pickup truck.

    Not me. Although with the guy a pulling bat out on 'em, he could claim self defense. In any case, I suspect it is fake. Who knows.

    Absolutely. Was chased to a deserted part, two guys against one, baseball bat can be a deadly weapon. If this was real and the gun registered, the guy could have shot at least the one with the bat (at close range would be better), because he 'was in fear of his life and the woman passenger's.' If the gun was not registered he could have shot both of them and fled and let the law try to find out what happened.

    In either case don't ever underestimate your enemy, cause the odds can change rather quickly.
