    i'm in desperate need of three issues...! January, March and August of 2004...! Road & Track does NOT have them...! Anyone willing to part with these three issues (preferably in great condition) for a worthy price...? Please let me know... Thank you...

    OK, it looks like I re-started my subscription in July 2004, so the only one of those that I have in my hands is August. I am planning to go to a used book store called "half price books" here in Dallas this weekend, and they have back issues of most popular magazines, for half the cover price. I'll keep my peepers peeled.

    Unfortunately, not... Need the entire issue... Friend of mine is a charter subscriber and is missing those three issues for some reason... Thank you, though... :)

    No problem... the August issue is a bit dogeared. But it's complete, and not torn or anything.

    I used to keep them all, but that was before I caught the Maranello Flu. Now I just scan for Ferrari pics and articles, and read Peter Egan's column, and then they get shelved.

    Say what? Road & Track does not stock back issues from less than a year ago? Is that possible? It doesn't seem very likely.

    Edit: From the last page of the January issue - "Back issues: available within past two years at $8.95", then gives contact information. But when you check their website, it doesn't show back issues available when you hit the back issues link. -?-

    People STOP THROWING AWAY YOUR MAGAZINES!(any of them!) I need them! Starting this summer I'll start working out deals with people to send me your old magazines. :)

    Or you can just mail them to me when your done with them. That'll work too. :D

    Jeff, we called them and they had all the back issues we needed EXCEPT for those three... They definitely have back issues, just not those three...
