Among my manuals is a small yellow card that says:

    Ferrari Roadside Assistance
    Temporary Membership Card
    24-hour Toll-Free Number
in United States, Canada and Puerto Rico

Please consult your Ferrari Handbook for full explanation

Sounds cool. But what is the "Ferrari Handbook" and what does it say about the Roadside Assistance program? Anyone know the details of this? Is it free? Is it good? (No manual seems to have any info on it.)

Anyone used the Ferrari Roadside Assistance?

I got one (a yellow card) a week ago with my car. I was told a permanent one will be mailed to me. It's free for the warranty period. It's subbed out to the US Auto Club. Fortunately I have no experience with it.

In a few weeks you'll receive a permanent membership card with your name, VIN, etc, as well as a short brochure explaining the program. I'll try to scan and post the brocure today.
