BEST game ever!!! I have never felt the way we did tonight. There were 1000 of us watching the game at the Granada THeatre. I have some pictures. I will post them..of the after game. Damn red bull, I can't sleep.
I'm a KU fan, picked them to win it all against texas in the natl. championship. brandon rush hitting game-tying three's with hands DIRECTLY in front of his face to take it to OT without Dorsey in for Memphis (fouled out). Kansas needs momentum to win: -9 pts in 2:xx minutes isn't bad with the NCAA ****clock ain't bad -the four-letter network wasn't so wrong about missing key shots from the stripe (1/5 duing the last 2:13) it was crazy. but i loved it.
mario chalmers basically lived out every one who's ever picked up a basketball's dream, kinda like game 7 of the world series, bases loaded, you're up by one, full count... he's gotta be loving it right now. memphis lost it at the free throw line, and they had one of the better percentages of the season when it came to free throws. this will go down as one of the greatest finals ever. now, will bill self go to oklahoma?
What a great game. Memphis faded when their bif rebounder fouled out with about two minutes left on regulation. Amazing. On the eastern slope we say flush your toilets, Kansas needs the water. Nebraska too. Congrats on a great game.
