I think Lance Stroll got confused about the rules; he hasn't understood that he is allowed 3 engines per years.
Instead, he thought he had to make his engine last for 3 years.

Though no idea why Williams left him out for so long on those tyres. It isn't as if a pitstop would have lost any places.

 

Well he did'nt crash.....but he flat spotted his tyre and he blew it......literally.

 

Yes, his puncture was due to his major flatspotting of the tires.

But then he had a great race today against the 2 time F1 champ and winner of Le Mans!

 

Not only that, he seemed to reach the height of his F1 career by going somewhat airborne during free practice.

 

So Lance, how was your race today?

Well, I have good news and bad news....

What's the good news?

Most of the race I had an awesome battle with Alonso. He just won Le Mans last week!

What's the bad news?

It was a battle for last place...

 

..WE had a nice stroll together!!

 

He just strolled into Q2 in Austria..ok a bit lucky with the yellow flag coming out which ruined several drivers chances..even so not too bad.

Started 13th after all others' penalties moved him up, finished last because he apparently doesn't understand how a blue flag works.

Stroll sucks more every race......we couls substitute the word suck for ..stroll

i'll give Stroll this.......we finally got to see him defend his position today against Leclerc.. Ive said from the beginning that Stroll has yet to show any offence or defence. His starts are spot on but you never saw him defend a position or attack for a position. I think that Stroll is in way over his head and came sum him up like this.......

......he is basically Marcus Ericsson......he brings money to his team but truly isn't very talented when you put him up against a teammate that does in fact have talent, it really shows what he is. Of course as I write this, Marcus finished in the points today right behind his teammate so good for him. Maybe Leclerc has lite a fire under his ass to perform better. Saber is a changing team now that they have Alfa Romeo and a strong Ferrari engine/alliance. His money to keep Saubers head above water as they finished dead last will no longer as much leverage as it once was.

.....I mean come on.....Who didn't love watching Sauber both take down Gasily in the Torro Rosso Honda......have fun Red Bull

I didn't realize he was a soccer fan, he just wanted to get a good seat.

 

Come on, the guy is buying his seat, keeping people employed and allowing Williams to stay afloat. What else do you want ?
