Stroll outdrove his team mate and scored a WDC point in Monza! Great job, was fun watching him in the top ten. I can't wait to see him joining the Pink Panthers.
He had a decent car last year and sucked with that. A second a lap slower than the aging driver next to him. Points don't really tell us anything because of that 1 lucky finish.
This^^^ -- its easy to score when your car has competition eliminated and is suited to the circuit. Hold the wheel press go and avoid an accident. Not quite Schumacher-esque talent required. He is still touring and not racing. No rain and no tire issues or mech issues so just keep it on the track. His peers are far beyond him in talent. Some of them might not have a drive. Thats wrong but reality in a series awash in wealth with teams lacking funds. A symptom of the larger problem.

I think that Lawrence is bumping up against his F1 credit limit. Nothing greater is within reach, Lance will have to progress on his own merits
What F1 are you guys watching? Reality is that Stroll outperformed Sirotkin on his home track handsomely. Once again. And he has now 5 points more than the Russian. Once Lance is in a pink panther he'll have even more chances to score points.
Put him in a Merc, pretty sure he'll be able to score points on a regular basis..wouldn't that be awsome!!! heck he might even finish the championship in the top 10!!!
Lance seems to do well in these conditions, he can drive but can he race? Tough to tell with that dog of a Williams. We'll see what he's got next year at FI.
How does Lance's father fire his own son? Kinda makes interesting conversation around the Thanksgiving table. "Ummm... Son. About your seat in F1...
