Is court required for wreckless driving?

    Speeding he could just pay.

Any FTA would be in trouble. I'm sure he could resovle it if he acts quickly.

Please keep in mind of all the important things Rodmans doing now like....uhhh....well....Hmmm....dunno.

I'll have to get back to you on that.

Wasn't his last steady job working at DFW airport as a janitor?

Thats just dumb, you don't have to go to court for a 98. You just pay and forget about it. Though I hate tickets, it is nice to get them when you are out of state.

Not sure how it works out in Cali, but in Louisiana if you get a ticket for going 25+mph over the limit it requires a mandatory court appearance.

regardless, my point was that it is not unreasonable to conceive this situation could stipulate a mandatory appearance.

    Heh, agreed 100% :D

Doing great. Still in Texas, but it looks like my apartment building across from the Convention Center in Nawlin's could be getting power and water back in the next 2-3 weeks!

I surely hope so. I want to get back to my city and help out with whatever is needed. My area had literally zero flooding(amazingly) despite being 10 blocks from downtown, but some of the environmental issues around the city are daunting. Don't really feel like throwing myself back there too soon on a whim only to find out Im gonna get Dysentary or some BS!

Besides, I need to find a Texas girl to bring back with me first, so I am quite occupied! ;)

Have never gotten a ticket in california, so not sure how it works out here. Had a few in Nevada at close to tripple digit speed's. Just paid a big fine and that was the end of it. I don't know. I don't really care. Denis Rodman driving is a scary enough thought.
