A video was released yesterday of him and a friend beating up a supposed "friend", McClain was cut out when he attacked but somehow the tape was leaked to the court.

I also suspect he will be suspended the entire football season, If Ben Roethlisberger was suspended 4 games for a crime he wasn't found guilty of then McClain is for the season. If Goodell gets real crule it could be even 2 seasons.
