Any recommendations on a good shop? My yacht master won't start back up after winding. Thank you.

The shop owner here repaired a broken ratchet wheel on one of my vintage Omegas after I dropped it, and I'd definitely recommend him. He's right in the middle of old town Herndon.

why not the authorized dealer? if you have a non auth dealer do the work lessen the value? and most likely non auth dealer will not have rolex parts... they are limiting to only auth dealers.

I love Lenkersdorfer in Tysons Corner. They've always done me well with all my services.

Finks in Dulles Town Center did a few for me. They are an AD.

Honestly, I would contact Rolex Service Center in Dallas and ship direct.

You will get much better service and documentation.

    Best,
    dsd

+1 for Lenkersdorfer. David Williams is the man! My whole family has been going to them for ~20 years -- he's practically part of the family. They are tops. I cannot say enough good things about Dave and all the folks over there. Though they are a Rolex AD, I'm not sure how much work they do in-house. i.e. I brought my wife's Datejust in for a bad rotor and a routine service and they sent it out to the RSC for work. I just got a call the other day and it's ready for pickup as a matter of fact.

I am going by there today. I bought a few watches from them a while back. May as well give them some more biz.
