Hello, I have a September 2021 Roma in Abu Dhabi blu. I have a couple of control-related questions, if anyone can help please?

Is there a “cancel” function for the cruise control? I know about pressing the brake and I can turn the cruise control off by pressing the cruise control soft key on the steering wheel, but there doesn’t seem to be a button to disable the cruise control temporarily like on most cars.

Second query. I had my car serviced yesterday and a software update has been installed that seems to turn the parking sensors on automatically at low speed going forwards. Is there a way of turning this function off?

Don't have a Roma, don't have a Roma manual. Your second question sounds like the poorly named "Stop and Go" in my 458 and Portofino M.

The “Stop & Go” function automatically activates the front sensors at vehicle speeds of 10 km/h and below. This system has been designed to assist the driver in certain traffic conditions (e.g. tailbacks) and signals when the minimum distance is reached between the vehicle and the vehicle in front. To activate or deactivate the system, access the SETTINGS screen on the left hand TFT display, select the items “Car settings” and “Parking sensor”, and enable the function “Auto Under 10 km/h” Indication of obstacles The parking sensor system emits acoustic signals as soon as an obstacle is detected which become more frequent as the obstacle approaches. The acoustic signal stops immediately if the distance from the obstacle increases whereas the tone cycle remains constant if the measured distance from the central sensors remains unchanged. The vehicle symbol and sensor detection zones appear on the infotainment system display: these zones indicate which part of the vehicle is approaching an obstacle (if front or rear and if left, right or central) and the distance from the obstacle (maximum, medium or minimum).
