Are the Roma fobs color coded to the cars outside color.
Anyone know the part number for the silver key fob cover? I still haven’t received mine from Ferrari nor my owners manual and have had my car since December. I received the key box and colored cover but want the silver fob to carry as it is a little less flashy. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Just ask your dealer. They must provide you the silver key fob as it is a standard equipment of the car.
Yep, thanks tried that twice but they keep saying they will get it to me when it arrives from Italy, now 5 months into ownership and knowing all the current delivered cars have theirs I am just tired of waiting and will just buy it. I am not local to my dealer so I never see them nor they me so I can see them overlooking it, also I am not that memorable anyway, haha. Thanks Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Anyone have a solution or case for the Roma fob as mine doesn’t have an actual key ring to attach to my keychain. Problem with a loose fob is it’s going to stay in my pocket and go through a washing machine I bet! Any ideas I’d love to hear! Thanks!
There is an official key fob for the Roma. I was given two with my car in a little plastic bag which has a factory sticker on it with my chassis and engine number but no Ferrari part number. The fobs have a cuoio leather strap with rosso stitching and the dealers name embossed into it. On the lower fob in this photo you will see the little ring that fits into the key. You have to remove the cover of the key to fit the little clasp into it then screw the cover back into place. I think it may be part number 865300 but you'd have to ask your dealer to double check this with the factory. Image Unavailable, Please Login
We are in Nashville, and looking at a new Roma. May I ask which dealer is ignoring you? Or simply what city.
I am in Memphis, dealer in Philly. I love Algar, and they have been great to me, I was just impatient at that time. The key finally came so no worries. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Wow. That is quite a distance. Do they pick up your cars for service? Or do you get cars serviced at a local dealer? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I pay to have it shipped to and from them. It is just once a year and keeps me acting kind of like a local so they get the benefit of servicing the cars they sell me. They have been very good to me so I think it is working! Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
Why do some folks get the silver and others the yellow? And why only one? I’d like to get the silver one too.
I think we were supposed to get both. I find hard to believe that our second key is supposed to have the cheap plastic cover. I am going to hit my dealer tomorrow
Let me know what they say. We’re also supposed to get a model for the key box apparently. I know you’ve also had your car for a while. Did you get a model? I’ve had my car for over a year at this point!
At my delivery, I received a box with two programmed keys. One was silver and the other matched the hood badge colors. There was also the black plastic cover to use if I wanted instead of the metal covers. These keys came with little tools, extra screws, and an adapter to use with a key chain. Finally, all this came inside the presentation box with space for my model Roma, although that has not arrived yet. Sounds like some of you may be missing some of the delivery accessories. I’d reach out to your dealers to ask about completing the set. Andy
I took delivery of my Roma in early March and received the model of it two weeks ago. I think the Covid situation has most likely caused a considerable backlog at the Italian supplier.
My scale model for my key box is MIA as well. Never heard about the key fobs. Have to bug the dealer for those. What about the lithograph? Anyone get theirs?
Nada. Don’t have one for my Roma which is well over a year or one formy GTS. I did get the lithograph of the GTS. Wasn’t sure if they were doing them for the Roma. Hmmm
