So it replaces the portfolino but it doesn’t at the same time right? Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
I specifically bought a portofino M since I don't like soft top convertibles. We have a new Bentley convertible in the family and that top on the right hand side is loud when you're driving down the street. You can almost hear air leaking. The hard top porto set Ferrari apart from the competition but hey what do I know I'm just a customer. Sent from my Pixel 5 using FerrariChat.com mobile app
could you please let us know if Roma Spider is a hard-top convertible? or soft-top? and does it still have rear-seats? Thanks.
My dealer confirmed that a roma spider will be launched... He did not specified when since he did not get any date from the factory... But during the configuration process for my Roma he asked if I would Ike to wait for the spider one Sent from my VOG-L29 using Tapatalk

Roma spider with soft top has been ready since few months ago . They decided to postpone presentation to Q1 2023 because there were too many Portofino M on order and there was the risk many contracts could be cancelled as it happened to 812 SF after presentation of SF90
Several movies on youtube showing the new Roma Spider with softtop cruising at night around Maranello. It will be launched early 2023. Marcel Massini
Thank you. Question: if Roma Spider will be announced officially in Q1 2023, when could be the actual delivery of the vehicle to the customers in US? Any guess please?
Marcel, could you please comment on why they went soft top? It seems that Ferrari had a nice differentiation point vs some cars with their hard top spiders. Clearly the industry has moved more to soft top (MB SL and my Lexus LC 500 as examples) but it seems like a hard top is an expectation from Ferrari customers. A hard top Roma spider would melt the order book. A soft top Roma spider, while preferred by some for the traditional spider look, may not be so well received, and introduces some risk to Ferrari's success with the model.
Perhaps a hard top takes much space to store in the (already small) trunk Sent from my iPhone using FerrariChat
Soft top is lighter and less complex. Doesn't wipe out the trunk. Sent from my SM-G781V using FerrariChat.com mobile app
