and wait a year and a half...
The people who wanted Roma Spiders ordered them to their exact specifications a year and a half ago. And are receiving them now. I don’t see people paying much over list for someone else’s option choices when they can still for a bit, order to their specifications, even with a wait.
The question is not whether the market WILL pay much over list, the question is why aren't the dealers trying to find out by listing at higher prices for the first ones coming on the market. The Puros were also readily available for order and yet the first ones were being offered for 100k+ over list and still are.
So far, from the photos posted here, I remain convinced the Roma Spider even with the top up, the Roma Spider looks better than the Roma Coupe. With the top down, of course it looks better than the coupe, or I wouldn't have ordered a convertible.
Any insight on when production of the Roma Spider is expected to end? Those that have recently received their Spider, what was the base price? Curious if they raised the base price since placing my order over a year ago. Thank you.
Base price for my 2025 was $275k plus $5k shipping. From what I have read and been told by dealer it's supposed to be a shorter run. I would assume production thru 2026 model year with the change over to 'Roma M' happening along the way and some overlap?
For Roma Spider, is there a way to turn off the automatic Start&Stop function permanently? or at least is there a way to turn it off? (This function is annoying for a sports car). It would be great to know how to turn it off. Thank you in advance.
The answer is no, thanks to government regulations. I’ve gotten very used to hitting the button just after I start up. Hold engine Start, hit the start stop button, pull the right paddle and go.
Where will the Start&Stop button be appeared after holding the Engine Start tab touch button? thanks.
The button doesn’t exactly tell you want it does, but it is on the far right of the left side of the dash. The pictures show before and after. In white you have start stop, in yellow, start stop is off Image Unavailable, Please Login Image Unavailable, Please Login
The button says HELE, and when touched, there will be a very brief warning on the dash that goes away on its own. Image Unavailable, Please Login
The start/stop button is on the lower left panel along with the mirror controls. It is labeled "HELE" for "High Emotion/Low Emission". Yeah, I shook my had when my Ferrari Sales Associate walked me through the car controls.
From the manual: Important note The "Stop&Start" system is enabled by default whenever the instrument panel is switched on (KEY-ON). The LED on the button flashes for a few seconds to indicate that the system is enabled.
I just passed 620 mile / 1000 km break-in on my '25 Roma Spider and have started to let her rip. Bellissimo!!!
congrats! is there an official “break-in” period for Roma Spider? 500 mile? or 620 mile? or none? thanks.
