If you want to stay with a stock 1 piece rotor I would just order stock. They aren't that expensive.

I used stock when I replaced mine. At that time was inexpensive brembo.

I use StopTechs, available at Zeckhausen Racing for around $1100/pair.

Which is a two piece, but I have a very lightly used stop tech aero rotor slotted set (2 rotors) if you might be interested.

I believe the Brembo replacement part number is 09.7267.50

They're generally cheaper than a good set of pads and more than up for the task if you're not looking for an aesthetic upgrade.

they're just over $100 each at Eurospares, search for part numbers 70000935 (front) and 70000936 (rear).

Wow! $100 each? Of course Chevy rotors are under $50.

Anyone know a good replacement for the F430. The only ones I have seen are giro disc and I don’t necessarily need a two piece.
