Very sad for me. I really like this guy. http://movies.msn.com/news/article.aspx?news=300073>1=7701
Bizarre. He died right here in Little Rock just a mile away from me. We were just watching Jaws last week here at work. Sad.
I will always remember him for being the pilot of the greatest Superchopper ever made. Image Unavailable, Please Login
Whether Jaws (or the sequels) or Blue Thunder, I enjoyed his work. He will be missed. May he rest in peace.
+1. Could not have said it better. Roy was great in JAWS 1 & 2, Blue Thunder, and many other flicks. Left us with some great moments on celluloid. Rest in Peace. Greatest Roy Sheider quotes "Smile you son of a bi*ch!" and "You're gonna need a biger boat.".
he made a movie years ago where he played a reporter (I believe) covering a death row inmate. I always liked him in that movie for some reason. I am sorry to see him go
Same here and the only one that I can watch over and over, especially during The Discovery Channel's Shark Week. Here's his Filmography; http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0001702/ RIP Roy
I liked him in 52 pickup the best (with Ann Margret), where he traps the kidnappers in his Jag E-type... BT
He was one of our locals with a house out on Dune Road in West Hampton. We seem to be losing alot of our locals lately. He will be missed.
