The rubber boot on the wheel side needs replacement
    after only 3000km :-(
Trying to loosen the center wheel bolt (hub nut, 209184) holding the drive shaft
I am using a 50cm long tool and putting all my weight on it (only 75kg)
    No luck so far
I am hesitating to apply heat because that may ruine the expensive bearing
    Any suggestions??

    hello fdekeu,

The hub nut is a lock nut, try to get rid of the locking first. Do not stand on the bar, but try to pull it,with this you get 2-3x more force and torque and its also much safer. If possible, use a longer extension. (With your 75kg x 0.5m = 375Nm, you are not too far off getting it free, since theoretically its torqued down with 250Nm).

Alternatively, use an impact gun, this will work for sure.

For reassembling, use a brand new lock nut (the old locking will have lost its locking function) and tighten it to 250Nm with a torque wrench.

    Best regards

I used my jack to push the wrench up, must have been a lot more than 300-400Nm
Still had to apply some heat (around 60°C, I could still touch it)
    Will buy a new nut
    Thanks for the good advice
