With Honda looking like their F1 demise is looming, that may solidify the rumor of Rubens driving for his friend Gil deFerran in the new Acura P1 car at Sebring in March. That would be terrific - it would add yet another F1 driver to the ALMS line-up.

Yes! Rubens + deFerran + Acura = No Words. If it happened I would be enthralled. I know all of the guys over at Acura (HPD shop is 5 minutes from my house) and Rubens would fit perfect!

We'll be there Friday afternoon - Audi experience is a must at this one too - Joest runs the teams at Sebring.

Rubens has recently said that it's F1 or nothing. That might have been an attempt to help keep his seat though. I mean, why would he say "sure I'd consider Indy or even ALMS" while he's trying to hold onto his F1 drive? Either way, I'd love to see him in the ALMS, that series seems to be looking better and better.
