From the current issue of Exce11ence (keep in mind that the piece is by Pete Stout, not some easily impressed, part-time writer): http://www.excellence-mag.com/issues/200/articles/pure-gold?page=1 I hoppe Ruf fanatics will forgive me for putting this thread in the PORSCHE forum . . .
I don't think so. You can click on the link in the OP to see the entire article (there's no mention of the price in the print edition, either.)

I can't wait to read about the RGT-8, a car powered by an in-house V8 which is lighter, and with a lower CG, than the GT1 flat-six Ruf used to push to perfection. (Imagine what it must feel like to know that you out-Porsche Porsche on about 25 Ruf VINed cars a year -- Napolis . . .?)
Incredible machines, those Rufs. Several RT12s have been through Ruf Dallas all in various states of engine/gearbox/2 or AWD. Never an RT12R though. A friend has 1 of 2 997-based RGTs in the country and it's probably the best handling car I've ever driven.
kool car funny thing is, i expected it to be bright yellow or red or blue http://www.europeancarweb.com/featuredcars/epcp_1110_porsche_ruf_rt12r/viewall.html Image Unavailable, Please Login
