    Do any of the tire manufacturers make a run flat tire in the standard F430 sizes? I browsed Tire Rack but did not see any of the listed tires mention run flat. My car has the TPMS option but no spare option. I got spoiled with the run flats on my last 3 Vettes. I know performance wise there is a degradation with the harder sidewalls. My car is used strictly on the street so that's not an issue for me.
