The trip from Autosports to Pindar could be up to 1.5 hours. I suggest getting to Autosports between 9 and 9:30 and leave by 10.
    Thanks!

Yes, we're now moving things up at Autosport Designs on each end - we'll be there by 8:30 and are planning on leaving by 10:30.

We have a route planned that will bypass the heavy traffic in Riverhead which should buy us some time back, too. So Sam, expect the ASD contingent to rumble in between 11:30 and 11:45.

    PERFECT!

Note: I have a feeling we will be packed this year. Pindar says we can park past the parking lot onto the grass. Should be fine. We always parked ONLY on grass at Galluccio.

Amazingly, got the wife out of bed at 6:30am. Heading out to Autodesigns to meet up with the crew by 8:30 and looking forward to a great drive, lunch, and good friends.

Rather than wait for pics, everyone in the tri-state *really* needs to come out to this event. At a minimum, stop by & say hello. It's a great drive to Pindar winery.

Ok folks, you missed a a great day!
Nice drive to AutoSport where we were received warmly.
They have some amazing machines there!
Mr. Popadoplous's love of Aston Martin shows through. Wonderful machines!
I didn't take count of who showed up but I'd guesstimate 35 cars all headed to ROE.
Thanks to Dave for leading the way in his immaculate 456 6spd. She was mint!
Everyone was very respectful and no tickets were given on the drive out, though there were some before the drive & next to the winery. Too bad the officer never saw a bat-turn in real life before or he's understand it was executed properly.

and yes, that is an LM002 a little dirty & a little out-of-focus. sorry.

Ok, here's the wife's pics of the run out there.
    Oh well.

Anyway, at one point I took count of the cars at ROE and had - or rather the wife kept the notes. consequently, most Porsche got labeled Porsche instead of CS4 & such. Sorry. No disrespect intended. I'm also POSATIVE this wasn't everything.

Wow, Clyde, that has to be best the report and photo essay of any ROE.
    Thanks!
Was one of the best: Best weather, best band, best wine, best turnout...as far as I know, best orgainization. This is what drives us to do it year after year. Thanks to Autosport Design, Pindar, Kathryn, all the helpers paid and unpaid, and of course most of all everyone who attended. They are what make it.

Great event loved seeing old friends and meeting new ones. This was the perfect day Sam you plan a hell of an event cudos to all. My wife almost put her purse in the Red Scudari thinking it was mine Diablo, that was a sight. That goes to show me how much she knows about exotics.

    Best Regards
    Ben

Great Job Sam. Autosport was a real interesting place. After the caravan pulled out, we peeled off and had a good run with the ex-Pro BMW race car driver in the Ferrari 365 GTC/4. That model has the best sounding Ferrari engine.
