Sorry I missed this Clyde! I've had my hands full with my impending move and spent the weekend preparing my current home for sale. Next week I'm listing it privately, so you can imagine the stress that I have until the sold sign is proudly waiving in the driveway. I'm going to be outta commission for a little bit with my hands being full, but hopefully I can break away for a quick run ASAP. You guys rock...thanks for offering to help, I truly appreciate it. It looks like the closing on the new pad will be the week of Oct 17th so no rush in putting a "crew" together just yet. First challenge will be to sell my current abode and then I will focus on the new place. Inspection on the house and pool today at noon...keep your figures crossed that all is OK.
