Hello friends:

I am a recent Silver Subscribed member and while browsing this site, I came across this thread. I have previously spoken with Mr. Eduardo Menascé on the phone this past week (regarding this event), and he suggested I stop by Miller Motorcars Ferrari in Greenwich tomorrow to see if I can ride with someone. I was wondering, does anyone still have a slot available? I will be looking for a 355 or 360 in the future, and what better opportunity to perhaps experience it than at an event like this.

About me: My name is Miléd (pronounced Meelay) Salheb and I'm originally from Brasil. I did not know but found out recently that Mr. Menascé is Brasilian as well. I have lived here 33 years and counting. I am a US citizen and will be turning 43 on July 15.

I currently live in Greenwich (~1 mile from Miller Motorcars Ferrari).

My field of work is networking (IT) but was recently laid off (victim of off-shoring). Last company I worked with was PepsiCo for almost 6 years. I am currently searching for a new opportunity.

Don't make me part of your head count but I was planning to show up at Miller Motorcars and escort the group for 30-60 minutes in the morning. I can't go all the way to Haddam because my daughters have a playoff softball game later.

Have you thought about collecting the $$$ at the beginning and then the number you call in is based on those who actually paid?

Looks like the weather will be chilly (in the a.m. at least) but otherwise beautiful for a little drive.

Don't worry Clyde, I was in the same boat with you except I did not have a Lamborghini shirt on. Acutally I really do not even own one. Another thing that I must get. I finally got the Ferrari one now need to get the Lambo one. It is pretty funny that I own the Viper and acutally do not have one of those either. The Viper club would hate me now seeing that I am representing the Ferrari club first. Well if no one tells them, we are all good.

 

Now you just need the ACTUAL Ferrari...

Probably before. I will have to test drive both to make a decision. It will either be a 360 Spider or Diablo 6.0 but I still have a bit of time before I even have to think about that, probably years since I do not need one while in school and want a house first.
