So I am a new owner and I finally got to drive my 360 (its been raining) a little faster. Its a 2004 just completed a major, 17k total miles. I noticed that after running it hard (8000 rpm and 100mph) through which it performed perfectly, once I slowed and did some stop and go I got a really rough exaust note and decreased power (temps and pressures all normal) did get engine check light intermittantly for that time. This has happened 2 times on different occasions. It seems to fix itself after a few minutes, but I am not sure what is causing the problem to begin with? Any thoughts?

Next time it does it try turning the car off and on to see if it fixes it. You may want to have the car checked out to see what kind of shape the exhaust manifolds are in. A buddy of mine had a similar problem recently and the misfiring after running hard was from precat material that had gotten back inside the engine through the exhaust valve during the reversion wave upon deceleration from high rpm. Your exhaust manifolds are still under warranty up to 8 years/80k miles so if there was an issue it would get fixed by Ferrari. My buddy wasn't as lucky and had to come out of pocket for new headers and such.
