    So possibly a frozen pitot....triggers stall warning .........co pilot puts plane in dive to get speed and doesn't realize he is crashing the plane. Just the opposite of Air France 447 where the co-pilot pulled the stick back with a death grip until the plane stalled and fell out of the sky.
