Rusty Bolt in Engine Bay

H there, can someone advise me how to remove rust from the bolt pictured in the rear of my 488's engine bay? Or would it be better to replace it? If so, I'd love a part number.

Thanks - do you know what type of bolt it is? Otherwise, I'll dig out the toolbox, get it out, replace it and report back for reference to others.
