Hi everyone, sometime late June there will be a treasure hunt starting out from Dick Lovetts in Cardiff, taking in some fantastic roads in the South / Mid Wales area before ending up at a pub for a Sunday lunch. The route was mapped out this weekend and an official announcement will shortly be going out to members of the respective areas but was just wondering what interest there is from people on this forum? It promises to be a good day (weather permitting!!) with prizes for all sorts of things and believe me, we will be doing some of our finest stretches of black top, with a "bit of inside knowledge" of where to go not to attract any unwanted attention from the speed camera vans! Anyone fancy it? Mike
Mike, Although I'm yet to be an FOC member, I'd be interested. Please let me know further details when available. Tuan
Tuan, looks like it's going to take place on June 27th. You won't have to be a FOC member to take part so don't worry about that! I'll let you know when there's more news about it. Mike
I'll hopefully be going with the old man if he is around or if I'm really lucky he will be unavailable but the car won't ;0) The South Wales area organiser said they were organising quite a few runs over the summer.
Mike do you know a copper in Gwent called John? Cant remember his surname but he is a big bald guy who has a red Lotus Esprit?
