Good luck with the sale......... I really like the S600, so I'm sure this is a beast. I'll be looking for an '03 in about 6 months, so this is out of my range. Out of curiosity, why did you not get it loaded up w/ distronic? I've seen a bunch of S600s w/o it. Why not spend the extra $2K?
