This is the first time I have seen an SA Aperta with the optional factory carbon roof panel. Nice contrast with that Rosso Corsa red.

Has a higher speed rating than the other top, too, 150 kph (93 mph) vs 130 kph (81 mph) for the soft top.

Interesting, didn't know the new figure for the higher speed rating. Thanks!

Wow those seats are amazing. This is one of my favorite cars. I do wish the top continues the silver of the A and C pilers on the sidse, not top center section.

Oh, I remember that one! (It has to be one of the weirdest specs I've ever seen)

I know. I was amazed that Ferrari of BH was able to actually surprise me a bit with their Aperta asking price.

Art Z's. black/black Aperta has a carbon fiber top as well. The window sticker on his car was 615KUSD.

Less contrast with the black/black and then just that silver trim on the sail panel and the windshield surround, nice.
Does he still have his red Daytona Spyder? As I recall his friend Larry had a black Daytona coupe to.

There is no sliver on Art's Aperta. The body is a one color, black, including the entire diffuser painted Nero. The interior is black with white stitching and piping. He still has his red Daytona spider, which he swears is a true 100 point car, I know it's at least a 98 point car, but it's very difficult to get 100 points in a real competitive concours setting.

Yup 652K. Then again LaFerrari has a window of 1.4MMUSD but at least it has a stereo :).

Wonder if that top can be stored on board?

Art's Daytona spyder was one of the nicest examples I have seen. All black would certainly give his SA Aperta a unique look. Thanks for sharing the details Michael!

The Carbon Fiber hard top can be stored in the trunk. If you opt to store in trunk storage space in trunk is very limited and soft top cannot be stored in area forward of gas tank.

I believe if the top had been ordered from the factory when the car was built they would have painted the pillars the same color. Can somebody verify this for me please?

I bought an Aperta today and am considering the $35K CF top BUT it's all finished in CF and will contrast with the grigio opaco pillars.

    Very nice.
It should be a great investment as well as a great car to drive.
I would think it would have been personal preference to have the pillars in the same color, this car was so bespoke you could have specified almost any color choice.

I think the CF top would go great with that color paint and those pillars.

Hahaha you are one F car crazy dude ! Congrats on the new baby. Love that spec. I think the carbon top would look awesome on the nero 599SA. So now you have 2 599GTO's, a 599SA and an F12. Not bad Romo :)
