I was recently was admiring a F car with a beautiful sabbia interior, it was so pretty, clean and enticing, then I thought how long with good use of the car will it stay like that, not that I wear dirty clothes, but over time i'm thinking stains, denim for example, would ingrain its self into the leather, does anyone have experience with sabbia and/or creama over time? thanks,,

You will see a lot of owners keep a small white terry cloth or microfiber to protect the tailbone and lower back area. Most of the dye transfer from denim happens at the crux between the rear of the seat and the back.

You can use something like Leather Master Leather Dye Transfer Cleaner or from Leatherique to clean the transfer stain without damaging the leather. You must let the chemical work and use as little pressure as possible with a damp microfiber for removal or you'll scuff the area.

The best preventative medicine to keep the seats looking new for a long time is careful entry, sit sideways and lift your body, pivoting to face forward which won't destroy your bolsters. And stay away from course fabrics.

I've had good luck with crema in an 04 360 spider. At the ten year point some wear in the top dye coat (water based) appeared, revealing the vat dyed base color. Close but not exact, so I had just the seats re dyed. To my eye looks brand new. Remainder of the leather is flawless.

    Concur on the ingress/egress technique.
